I will, but I will be doing it in the Appalachain Mountains. Hopefully I won't hear any banjos playing

WHAT!?!?! I'm going to make some calls and get a banjo player out to every Appalachain dark-holler trout hole in the east! Don't think I can't do it!!!

I'll be fishing christmas eve, christmas day, and probably sunday too.

For me Christmas is a religious day, but Christmas eve is still open to debate.

You'll see me on the water,
Justin

Probably not Christmas day. But Wednesday evening, Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday are all likely targets for winter steelhead, sturgeon, and some tiny cutthroats in the little creeks around my parents' house.

One or two of those days I might go grouse hunting with my brother instead.

FISH ON CHRISTMAS DAY.... sure, but it will be the last time I ever get to fish...or breathe for that matter, my wife would kill me.

Maybe that's why alot of the guys I fish with are divorced...I may be on to something here. :noway:

The river that Deliverance was filmed on (the Chatooga) is actually pretty close to my parents house. Its a good trout fishery but I don't think I'll be going over there. The Chatahoochee is much closer.

Around Helen, Georgia. Just south of the Tennessee and North Carolina borders.

"Ok so what river will it be ??"

Good question. The weather was supposed to be dry all week, but we've had moisture two days in a row! I'm going to watch the river levels closely; any upward fluctuation and I'm on the river.

Before I got married Xmas was a holy day for me. I often payed homage to the fishing gods! Now it's the day after. I'll be on the Wilson or Trask if they are fishable...if not I will settle on the Kilchis or NF.

I'll be the idiot with the two hander in the middle of the gear-heads.

If your a gear head stay clear or you might get hooked.

Merry Christmas! Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
