I feel like flogging the water somewhere in the valley tomorrow with my new 8wt. Nothing serious -- late start and early finish, so I can sleep in AND take a late afternoon nap . Could go anywhere. Clack? Sandy? Eagle Creek? We could take my driftboat, pontoon it, or bank it.
Anybody want to go? I would love to watch somebody who knows what they are doing.

I might but I need to put in a request for a "kitchen pass" from the mother unit. It will more than likely get down graded to a letter of repremand, she is out conducting a covert recon/search and buy mission at the mall. I will post as soon as she gets in, shouldn't be to long.

OK, I just woke up. You guys still in? Airborne, since I live in the city limits off Beav-Hill hwy, you could swing by my place and we could decide where to go from there?
Frankenfish, where are you located?

Great Fishing with yet another cool fly fish Ifisher or Ifish Fly Fisher, thanks for the trip Bill the next one is on me. We pounded the Hood river but nada. We talked with the Creel Checker guys and they said it was really slow today with only a few fish caught. They did say that the previous 2 days they had quite a few checked, We did however watch a gear guy nail a big fat summer, about 30" and beefy he was using shrimp and a corky. We only hit the Copper Dam and worked our way down about a mile or so. It has to be hit mid week as there were a number of people on the water.
