Water color-green/clear
Flies-unbelievable eggs white/red
I started fishing at around 7 and ended at noon, just in time to get back to work. I wasn't really counting, but I think 6-7 steelies got to the bank, another 6-7 broke me off. Almost every fish was a hatchery, the only native was small. I hooked a big fish before I left the river, the fish made a mad dash downriver and it was either break the fish off or get wet landing her...i chose to brek her off. I am almost positive that it was a native because I have never had a hatchery fish take that much line that fast.
i swung flies early and then switched to nymphs and then finally to the unbelievable egg pattern...once I switched it was one after another.

This one was the first of the day, I got pics of 3 of the fish then the camera went dead. This fish was a skinny little runt.

This fish fought really hard, too bad you cant see the egg, it was buried in the corner of her mouth.
