Brownlee Catfish

I fished Brownlee last weekend, and caught fish as long as I could take the heat. We just fished the bank, and found that the bigger fish were to either side of Farewell bend, but the most fish could be caught right in the park. Have any of you used a boat for Catfishing on the snake, and if so, did it improve your catching? We found that cutbait was the best to use for the bigger cats.

I used my boat there last year. we did OK but some of the regulars did awesome from thier boat! They would go out in the AM and then PM and come back with a 54qt cooler full. If you do take your boat bring a second anchor so you can stay in one spot in the wind.
