I have been considering installing the Quicksilver HEI on a 15hp / 97 Merc. Will it improve: preformance, trolling and fuel usage?

I haven't ever seen an improvement. If you are trying to cure a symptom this may mask it but the problem will still be there. My opinion would be to save your money.
