Need someone with a Matrix 27 FF

Need to test my Humminbird Matrix 27 .....not sure if it is the unit or the transducer that has the problem.
Anyone have one mounted so I could test by putting my display on your base?
Hope so - I hate to have to send it in only to find it is in the transducer.
Or any other ideas?

I have a matrix 35 do you know if they have the same mount and wiring if so we could try it out on my boat.
