Toast an English Muffin.
Brush with garlic butter.
Mix a little bit of lemon juice with the cooked crab meat, to taste.
Pile the meat on the muffin.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle some more garlic butter on the crab meat.
Load it up with some grated Pepper Jack cheese.
Slide it under the broiler until it meets your satisfaction.
