A friend of mine turned me on to this last year - works great for steaks or fillet's. I use a foil boat to cook both in on the BBQ, but you can use a cedar plank also. I do it when I don't feel like getting too complicated.
Get a bottle of the sweet chili sauce that they sell at Fred Meyer's - it's about the size of a wine bottle and the sauce is red with little peppers floating in it - looks kinda like sweet and sour sauce.
This next step is the hard one - take the lid off the bottle and pour it over the fish. :grin:
BBQ until done. Serve over rice. Excellent on Springer steaks.
