I just made some razor clams this past weekend that turned out great. Dredge in Flower, then Egg then Pango. Fry in Vegtable oil for 30 seconds to 1 minuite.
I would love to see other uses for razors.

You have given the ONLY use for Razor Clams!!!!! :bowdown: Any other way but fried (maybe slight variations of your simple receipe) is a CRIME. Only suggestion I would give is to cook in Peanut Oil because it will get hotter before smoking thus fring your clams faster!! Yum Yum :tongue:
