Mckenzie river reports?

Heading down to the mckenzie next W/E, never fished there.
Im looking for any help/reports, Where to fish, what flies too use. Any help would be much appreciated :help:
I will be in the Vida area.

I don't know if this will help because I usually fish below Hendricks Bridge, but since nobody else has answered here goes......

It may be late enough in the year that a stimulator may work, in the evening I have been successful using pmd's and caddis patterns. Also don't forget the soft hackles.

There are still steelhead there below the Leaburg Dam but that is all I know, I usually fish the Willamette for steelhead.
