If anyone lives in the south valley, can you let me know the condition of the river. I assume its a bit up and a bit off color, just hoping no worse - getting out for a float tomorrow- thanks

I had a look at Harvest Lane this morning. I haven't been keeping track of the levels at all so can't give a good call on that, but the color looked great. Well past the steelhead green closer to the clear side. I think you'll kill'em.

Didn't quite get to Armitage as I planned but both the Willy and Mighty Mac look real good. Not quite off color but the water is up a bit... which is probably a good thing for water temp. Had that "Black Clear" look going from the bridges...
Wish I could be more helpful. Have a great float and report back!

Reporting back - the river was in great shape even on thursday after the rains on wednesday - I was pleasently suprised it was so clear. Levels were up a bit which helped the float. Went from hendrix to belinger (sic). Fishing was on throughout the day with tan caddis, every spot pulled out some fish, 12 inches or so being the norm for the better sized ones. Fun day, few beers, friends, eagles, ospreys, herons, mergansers.
