I thought I would ask you all to keep me in prayer this Thursday when I have shoulder surgery. It is at 12:00, I am going to be home the same day and have my arm in a sling for a while.

Thank you, Dylan

Dylan, you know I'll be praying for ya bud. Having your arm in a sling ain't so bad. Much better than having your butt in a sling :help: if you get the drift. Tried calling you the other day but they phone just kept ringing. Was gonna invite you halibut fishing but sounds like yer down for the count.

You're in my prayers. Stay in touch.

Will be praying for you! Take care of it after the surgery too. People who do their PT and stay within their doctor's restrictions heal faster.

How did everything go?

Everything went well with the surgery, there was more done then planned. There was more than one bone spur removed and the cuff was torn away from the bone in one place. I have a nice slice on the top of the shoulder with 9 staples. The pain was way to much the first night and then when I caught up with the meds to stop the pain I got sick to my
stomach the secound night. I am doing better now and even moving that arm around, I am sure glad that I had people praying for me, thank you all again.

Dylan good to talk with ya last night and glad the operation went well. Don't worry bro I am sure God is holding back a few fish for ya this summer. Start small on the trout and gather strength. Pump up that muscle. You can do it.....

I had my two week check up and was told that I would not start phyical tharpy for 3 more weeks. I am not to be lifting anything heaver then a coffee cup, this is because there are sutures holding the cuff to the bone untill it reattaches.
I am going crazy here at home, I can drive my truck because it is a automatic so I am getting out some.

Thank you all again for the prayers.
