Fished the bay today, was slow images/icons/frown.gif A lttle bit of a coho bite up around Nehalem, from the bridge to the forks. There's alot of coho's around right now, but the chinooks have seemed to disapeared for the last couple of day's.High sea's and real mild tides are probably the reason. The jaws are still your best bet for catching the kings right now, if you don't mind battleground fishing images/icons/mad.gif The tides start picking back up this weekend, so look for thing's to improve in front of Wheeler and all the way up ( including bobberville).Spinners are working as well, or better than bait sometimes, so don't leave home without your hardware.Rainbow spinners and spinners with a little red in the blade seem's to work the best for chinook, green for coho.
