Fished around the Clifton Channel area again all weekend. Saterday wasn't too bad for me, had 5 take downs,2 fish to the boat.One was about 30 pounds,nether was fin clipped.Seem's to be a lot more non-clipped fish than clipped.Even lower than the 40 some percent that should be, but who know's maybe next week they'll all be clipped. Oh ya, Sunday nothing for me. Heard of about 30 being caught from Westport on down, but not alot on the B.B.Q.'s. Herring wrapped kwik fish worked well, color didn't seem to matter as long as it has some chrome in there, seen a few caught on herring also.
