Just a few things I've noticed about using a Luhr Jensen Salmon Bungee...
One thing is a lot of the time you have to allow for some extra waiting time until the fish has pulled all the streach out of it before you can hook it. This is especially true if you are trolling with the current.
I like them best when I am holding against a strong incoming tide and my rods are already loaded up to the max.
Salmon Bungee's will be a big help for people that have stiffer fishing rods, the Bungee will help/allow the fish to take the bait without pulling off the hooks.
This is a limit catch from earlier this week while trolling with Salmon Bungees http://www.ifish.net/uploads/083619237.jpg
