My mother in laws lung scan was not good. They will take 1/2 of a lung and 3 ribs due to the fact the roots/feelers have grown through the lungs and are attaching to the ribs. The dr thinks it has not spread past that though. She is 75 yrs old, has really bad emphysema, and weighs 80-90 pounds. My poor wife is just shook. This has been the worst 2 years of both of our lives and with my recently diagnosed emphysema and moms cancer and all three of us quitting smoking at the same time in the same house, is, well lets just say, satan is trying to get us to smoke, fight, worry, and leave the Lord. We will battle him with all our strength and faith, and know that what ever is in store for us, we will be strong in the lord and prevail in the end. Amen. Mike and Family. :help:   :angel1:
