Newport Crab Trip Sat-Weather?

I live in Corvallis and want to take my daughter and daughter-in-law crabbing tomorrow if the wind has slowed down. Forecast calls for some shower activity in the morning with less wind. Any reports from today would be appreciated. Thanks! :smile:

Good morning Daylate,

We live a few miles north of Newport, however I can report that the big winds blew by late yesterday afternoon and it is now calm up here. I think it is worth the try just be ready to pick up and run if another front comes in off the ocean.
