Looking to catch some winter steel this Sat

I have been fishing for salmon the past four month's and catching quite a few actually. I am looking for a change of pace and ready to knock the dust of my steelhead rod that has been sitting there unused for so long. I was wondering if enyone had a good idea where I might be able to lace into some winter steelhead this weekend. I was planning to check out the lower Alsea, but if any one has a better idea any info would be gladly appreciated

I would like to know the same thing. I have not been out this year for steelhead yet, but the north coast rivers is where I would go.
