I fished the Clackamas this morning, we gave it until 9 and then called it a day. I'll take those guys again in a week. The water was rising and coloring up. The debree wasn't too bad but there was some.
It should fish again in a day or two.
Over the past three or four years there has usually been a day when the Clack comes up and a slug of fish pushes through and gives us some pretty hot fishing dispite the rising water. It was just that today wasn't one of those days.
Did see one fish role but did't here of any one who even had a bite.
I'll hit it again on Thursday, water conditions permitting. Hit those high water spots.
