A bowling buddie of mine was fishing the Trask last weekend and caught a nice 12LB Native Buck Steelie Chrome Bright!
I just want everyone's juices to start watering like mine. I can't wait for that first big tug on the end of my line.

North Fork Nehalem hatchery counted 5 steelhead this morning.

The Guide's Forecast reports Three Rivers is already turning out steelies

Was at the TV Chapter NW Steelheaders meeting last night and the 3-Rivers trap had 16 steelies in it yesterday...

Oh ok so maybe there is but there is one less as of yesturday.

Ahh my eyes sooooo bright. need sunglasses.
Wow, I had to turn down the shade on the monitor, it was reflecting off my office window, and it made my room too bright.

I also Heard that the entire Valley and N. coast must be unemployed with the amount of people that were there this week on Three Rivers... :shocked:
I caught a steelie over there today......lost a nook too.
