I'm thankful that I don't have a chartreuse butt.
The other day Andrew, my son, came up to me and said, "Do you remember when I was little and you wouldn't let us say the word, "Butt?"
I've come a long way, baby!

That for the most part my family has stayed healthy and that my friends had finally convinced me to put down the fly rod ( It's all about time and place) and take up spin and cast fishing. Now I can say GEAR and understand what it's all about. MO FISH

hey! Jennie, I resent that comment. That hurts.
I'm proud of my "green butt"
I'm thankful that I was blessed with the most amazing little ifisher boy you can imagine 4 months ago.
10 years of trying and hoping, he's such a miracle. I just can't wait till he's old enough
to go in dad's boat and put the hurt in the fish.

Let's see one person is thankful for not having a green butt, one person is thankful for having one. I guess you couldn't ask for clearer proof that it takes all kinds...
I'm thankful that my kids are happy and healthy, and that my wife is tolerant.

an understanding wife and daughter that understand that I need my fishing therapy every chance I get for starters and that we are all in good health. and that we live in a country that most of the world would like to live in also. and of course that when I log on that there is an ifish!....without it I would shoot my puter, just some of the many things I am thankful for.

I'm thankful to have my family, especially my youngest daughter ( now 10 months old ) who had open heart surgery earlier this year.
I'm also thankful to have rediscovered my boyhood love of fishing, great for taking the mind off of hospitals and such.

Hmmm. I'm Thankful this year;
For actually landing my first steelhead.
For finally getting completely out of California.
For having a roof over my head and hopefully the rest of the year
For finding occasional work
That I'm not in Iraq this time.
That none of my former soldiers over there have been killed or injured.
That my dog loves me.
That I can still fish!
That there's a place known as iFish.net and I know where it is!
