Billy, Crabbed Netarts Monday and caught nine real big ones. Only had 4 rings out and crabbed for about three hours. Caught most of them between the dock and the marina. Other boats were reporting 10-12 each so not to bad. Good luck.

Dampainter, I crabbed Nehalem last weekend and did just okay, 10 keepers in 3 hours. Jetty Fishery is just south of Brighton a mile or so. If I were you I would throw your rings up bay from Jetty Fishery in somewhere around 18' of water, you will see a trailer house 3 or 4 hundred yards up. Hug the east bank and work the area of that trailer on up to Brighton Marina. Watch the current after tide change, mine started to head out to sea an hour after high.

I don't have a lot of details, but a friend of mine (and his party) got back from waldport bay today, rented a boat for 1 1/2 hrs for $15, used his own 7 pots, and got 32 keepers. Dungi's.

Three of us crabbed Tillamook Sunday afternoon, we got 28 keepers in 2hrs. Last night my dad and I went out and got 24 keepers. Again only crabbed 2 hrs. The last two hours of incomming seems to be the best. We crabbed all over from in between the jetties and further up the bay. It did not seem to matter it was good every where. Not real monsters but lots of barely leagal ones. So check anything that is close. I know I was suprised by several. Be careful if you are coming down this weekend, we are supposed to get some bad weather. And when the SW wind hits that incomming tide near crab harbor it can be nasty, I mean ocean short high chop nasty.
Good Luck
