One of the problems working for a large company is that I have to schedule time off so far in advance that when my days off come the weather seems to spoil it for me.. And that brings us to this weekend. I trust the Ifishers from this board to steer me straight...
I have been reading about all the crab being caught out of Hammond, so I thought I would give it a try this Saturday.. Which brings us to the weather.. Will this appraoching storm make it too rought to crab the Coulmbia around the 20 can??

How big is your boat, how much freeboard?

In my 23' glassply I can crab enjoyably at Buoy 20 with up to about a 15 mph wind. In somewhat higher winds I consider the direction and possibly fish upstream of Hammond on a SW to S wind or crab accross the river (chinook or Illwaco) on a strong NW to ENE wind.
