What a wet day but what a day for hooking fish! We hooked 11 steelhead, landing a limit of hatchery fish and releasing one wild hen. Three were Broodstock winters and three were early summers. All fish ranged in size from six to ten pounds. All were caught on eggs.
The water is/was a great color with a temp at 42 degrees. With all the rain we had it could end up being blown out by morning. From the time we started until we quit the little streams and falls coming into the river had doubled in size.
If you go tomorrow it could end up being one of those "Should have been here yesterday".
Look out when it comes back into shape!
Good job Bruce, Terry and Mark!
