Is November 22nd too late to hit the chum run on the Canal or skagit? I'm wanting to try this but can't get up there for about three weeks?

If past years are at all indicative that will be too late for Hoodsport. Not sure about other places on the canal. Actually, I heard somewhere that the run in the little creek South of Potlatch is later. You might go to Piscatorial Pursuits and ask the same question.
