Was planning on going sturgeon fishing in a couple of hours around kelly pt. Was wondering if I should toss out one or two rods with wobblers on? If you see a blue 20' Asaltor say on the water say hello.

We may do the same plan on Sunday - 2 rods for salmon and one for sturgies.

Due to lack of time and no evidence of salmon on the FF, decided to just target sturgeon. Lots of shakers in short period of time, no keepers (a few almosts). At least, until the current died and the wind picked up - that pretty much ended the day.

Grumman16, thanks for the report. Good to know.
Regarding what you see on the fishfinder, I sure prefer to see some blips, but we've had a lot of day out there when we've marked very little and still gotten fish.
