Looking for 70hp Suzuki 4 stroke, and could use some advice on best dealer in Portland/Vancouver? Will travel for the best deal, but in town is there decent support for these motors?

I bought mine from Ryan at Sportscraft in Oregon City. Great service. Tell him I sent you.

Lots of Alaska saltwater charter boats are switching over to Suzuki's. They must be the coming thing.

These are very popular motors on the east coast. My family used to rent boats up on the st. lawrence river every year. They were 15ft little fishing boats(just like the one i own now). These boats had suzuki motors and we never had problems with them. these boats were used and abused daily. the more i hear the more i like them. good luck.

Sportcraft in Oregon City.

I have a 2000 Suzuki DF-70 4 stroke on a 19' Harbercraft, and it is the best outboard I have ever owned. Suzuki even through in a 6-year warranty. That says a lot about the quality.

Most people are amazed at how quiet the motor runs.

You would also be thrilled at the fuel economy, compared to anything else except a sail on a boat.
