I checked the river levels on the North Coast and most of the rivers only jumped up about 2" or less. They are still nearly bone dry. Give it a week or 2 and things should start happening.
It was sure nice to get this rain though-anything will help.

I think I'm gonna have to head to the siletz or salmon in the am with this shot of rain we're getting. Hopefully it will be worth it!
It takes a week or so before the chinook in the ocean can react. I'd say Monday of next week, it will start.

I have relatives in Siletz and they said there is no water near town more than knee deep so far.
