With the quantity of Nooks going over the Bonniville dam, has anyone fished the mouths of either of these two rivers?

My son and I went by the Hood the other day and it was milk. They say there are a lot of fish in there right now it's just close to impossible to fish for them because of the water color. That sure is a awesome river for Steelhed in a month or so.
