Pikeminnow update Portland/Vancouver area

Northern Pikeminnow fishing has picked up in the past few weeks around the Portland/Vancouver area. The Gleason station had almost 900 Pikeminnows turned in this past week. Two tagged Pikeminnows were also caught around the I-5 bridge this week. Guys who know what they are doing are consistently catching 15-20 fish a day. While the guys who Really know what there doing are catching 30-40 fish a day.
If anyone starts getting tired of catching salmon, you might think about fishing Pikeminnows. The fishing should just keep getting better, until the season ends.

been talking about giving it a try, son looking to buy a motorcyle figured what better way for an 8 year old to earn some cash. But man it's hard to do the pike thing when your time on river is limited when you know theres steelies, urbs and a
sturgeon quote that you need to be involed in.
