The OMC bracket my 4 stroke 15 HP kicker is mounted on is showing signs of stress and actually has a couple of cracks. I'm thinking a welded and solid mount kicker bracket would be a better way to go. just wondering where to go shopping for one. I sent Motion Marine an e-mail early last week, but haven't heard from them yet. Hoping others could make a suggestion or two.
Custom Weld makes one. You could give them a call.
My brother makes good ones too. His shop is in West Salem.

I have my boat at Motion Marine right now getting one put on. They are also gonna run the plumbing for a hot water line through my kicker motor and do some other custom fab work for me. Try calling them instead of e-mailing. You want to talk to Tim. Their shop is pretty empty on Mondays so try giving Tim a call tomorrow.
The welded kicker bracket is $450.00 not including paint. The cool thing is it doubles as a bait well or wash basin.
