I noticed a sled stuck upside down in the middle of the Deschutes - in the big run about 1/8 to 1/4 mile above the cable crossing up from the mouth. I sure hope no injuries and everyone was okay. Anybody know what happened?

They must have got it out of there quick. I went up the river Friday night and came back out on Sunday around noon and we didn't see any sunken boats???

Pearl -- It was still there Sunday when I left around 3:30 p.m. You could barely see it - just looked like a big rapid. However, the light color was unmistakenable and then every now and then you could see the hull underside break the surface. Maybe it has always been there and I just noticed it.

It is a drift boat, not a sled.

Navigator is right, it's a DB. I rowed over it on Wed. Got some info from another fella on the board about it.
It happened last Friday(15th), oarsman set up too far to the East bank in Rattlesnake and flipped it on the ledge. Everyone got out OK.
