Which way is CR bouy from #2???

Have fished near #2 a couple times, but not sure exactly where the cr bouy is in relation to #2. Going to be fishing out of chinook 21-26 and want to go outside if silver fishing has not picked up really well on the inside! Thanks in advance for the information!
