The Wilson River is still producing very nice steelhead. Yea, the water is low and clear and its colder than heck.
That doesn't seem to stop anybody. Jeff told me last night that he caught a nice 8 pound steelhead using shrimp, yarn, and Marie's Shrimp Scent.
So I hear more rain is coming for the weekend. Does this mean that a new rush of fish are on their way?
Its been too quiet and too calm for too long.
Its spooky, it makes me wonder "Whats coming"
Its too dry for December. Whats January bringing? Strange year for the coast.
I kinda like it. We flood here, and theres been NO flood this year! Yea, theres still plenty of time left. Wait and see.
