Hiya Tom. I have several USIA products and love them. What does the "rating" (stars) mean in the catalog?

Hey, I want one of those Special Action Vessel III (SAV III) 29'7" (http://www.usia.com/special_action_vessel.htm) , but only if it comes with the machine gun in front. I wouldn't have to worry about other people getting in my way and if my favorite hole was occupied I could clear it out real quick. :laugh: :laugh:
