You're piling it pretty deep - guess I'll get out a big shovel and clear a path for FNF. Seems he speaks with pictures of fish caught graemlins/applause.gif , instead of pics of fishing partner sacked out in the boat  .
Oh well, better that you're well rested for that occassional fish that accidently snags itself on one of your lines.

******, thanks for show casing my "carp" for me. That pic sure brings back good memories, as do the following pics of other bottom feeders. Sorry I'm not as proficient with the computer as you are so my presentation isn't as pretty.

I must have been mistaken!
I coulda' sworn this thread was about SALMON fishing!
Well, boys, just as a warm up, just thought I'd let you know it was incredibly slow up there today.
Out of 7 boats with 2 or 3 in each, we only saw four fish on all day.
But then again, three of them were in the Willie!
FIL crackered yet another salmon after awakening with a ripping drag. "SET IT FOR ME! SET IT FOR ME!" Was the Wu-tang cry, so i did, and he fought the fish for about a quarter of a mile downriver when it swar toward Jimmy Wuster and promptly spit the hook at him in "Petuie" fashion!
That would leave two other bites.
Oh, Yeah!

Just under 22 and 26 pounds.
And other than the fine gents who crossed our anchor line as they pulled out and dragged us over another boat and then got us impeller hooked to Boat number III's anchor line it was an otherwise pretty quiet day today.

See ya tomorrow, boys.

Hogmaster, nice fish.....what did you call those?
As you noticed from my pics I've lead a very sheltered life and suffer from SSD (Steelhead/Salmon Deprevation). Mojo and Denali have taken pity on me and are trying to show me the error of my ways on trips this past winter and spring to the Clearwater. Unfortunately, as with many other ifishers, still no "red flesh" fillets in the freezer.
Have almost acquired a taste for those farm-raised, dye-injected salmon fillets at the grocery. graemlins/berry.gif  If it weren't for my screwed up back I'd be begging for an open seat this weekend. I've got to get out of the rut I'm in. I need help! graemlins/dork.gif

Just got back from spending a couple days with my family camping and I log onto Ifish to read all this smack.  Such talk, this is not how fair ladies should behave. XTC and I will be up there tomorrow, probably fishing a little lower on the river than you guys, but stop by and we will be more than happy to hold up our limit for ya!

Well, Sunday report....
First, I slept thru my alarm and made everybody late...oops  As a result of my blunder, the Get Bent! boys were in the "slot" that FNF wanted. As a result we decided to give the Oregon side a try, and hooked and released a unclipped steelhead of about 10 lbs. Had one other takedown that didn't stick. Well after a while Steve (FNF) got a case of the grass is greener on the other side of the river syndrome and wanted to move back to the old stompin grounds on the Washington side. So we squeezed in next to Get Bent! and crew. They reported one fish for the AM. Guess we musta stunk bad or something, cause an half hour after we moved in, they moved out.
Got a small keeper nook, plus a fourth quarter 20 lb or maybe a little bigger nate that James released just before the 1:00 quit time. We went back to the ramp. Well after wishing the Hogmaster Fung Wa - Minnesota Yakusa  boys well, I decided I wasnt done and hooked up with ifisher "Bank Maggot" and proceeded to miss a couple strikes before I got a nice 10 lb steelhead to keep the little nook from earlier company on the way home.
Was a great day, Hogmaster is a true expert at squeezeing into tight little openings that people leave in hog lines, and FNF was fun as ever. James did a bang up job on that final wild chinook thus avoiding the two (or was it three) day skunk.
