Beacon Rock Boat Launch??

Is there a decent launch at Beacon Rock for the Sturgon Fishery. Is there any special things to get by to get into the Columbia?? Thanks in advance

It's a good ramp and all pretty smooth sailing, just go down river from the ramp out into the Columbia.
