Here's a UW School of Aquatic & Fishery Sciences web site that not many might know about, but probably should. Very cool if you like to look at past and real time data of fish runs on the Columbia.
People that fish the Columbia will love this site.

Some of the Adult Passage graphs are pretty darn interesting.
I innocently asked one of our salmon faculty gurus if there was truly such a critter as a "summer chinook". Very interesting subject. No real definitive answer to that question.
