Help looking up Clarity & Flow

I found this site http://or.waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis/current/?type=flow for flows.

Is there a way to look up clarity?

I'm out here in East Desertland and would like to check on the Wallowa River (and others). It's listed in the Snake River Basin.
