Has anybody been above the dam for sturgeon lately? Thanks in advance for the info.

I've been hitting this area on and off for the last 2 months,been getting keepers every trip,it's like a ghost town every time I go,not shur way????Maybe because of the wind or chance of?

With fresh shad I think you could go anywhere in the river relatively close to the dams(0-10 mi. downstream) and catch keeper/oversize sturgeon. We battled the wind last weekend and got into the oversize both days up there.
