rigging and tuning alvin's

ok with the columbia opening for summer chinook,what is the best way to rig and fish alvins(size,color,leader length,dropper) and how do you know if your alvin is tuned correctly? :shrug: have never been after these summer fish but hear they like them alvins,also will they still take a wrapped kwikie? any info would be appreciated,,thanks

If you still have questions, bring them up. For the most part, though, a wobbler on a 36 inch leader with a 40 inch dropper, fished in 15 to 50 feet of water will produce.
