Help! What's this worth? 25 hp Evinrude

graemlins/1zhelp.gif Help needed from fellow ifishers who might know values of outboards. I have a chance to buy a really nice 25hp Evinrude Electric Start Long Shaft outboard motor....year 2000. Used very little (owner figures under 50 hours) Any ideas as to what this engine is worth? It comes with the controls and everything. Looks like new.

I've seen a couple of 30 Hp Evinrude, LS, w/controls that go for $35-3600. I would say under 3K, for a 2000 model 25 Hp, wouldn't be to far out of line.
