fished all day moved all over one bite and lost it.. SLOW!! and windy!! saw no fish caught on any boats!! and there were 23 trailers at john day!!

ya it was pretty slow for us also we got the last parking spot at john day we did manage to catch one shaker and a couple bull heads, what boat were you Quick Fisher

went out above the bridge just outta john day moved around alot tried smelt sand shrimp and squid had 1 bite in the morning but missed setting the hook darn the luck about 2pm we was fishing just off the #3 marker and my girlfriend lached into a shaker and before i got it off her hook my pole went off .... another shaker 2 in less than 5 mins we thought the luck had changed but after another hour of silence we packed it in and headed back to portland.... first time out there for us we normally bonniville pool or bonniville fishing for the hawgs but it was a nice day to be on the water in any account
