what time has BC Angling post been opening?

I'm looking to get out somewhat early tomorrow but I am not prepared bait wise. what time has bill been opening his shop in the morning?

hey there He is there at 5am , opens at 5 , the only place i know of . I am so greatful for Bill and that place. His prawns are the best!
