anyone out there know of a good mechanic who's resonable. I have a 1975 70 hp johnson in need of repair. Won't fire up. Maybe the coils need replacing. I hate spending a ton of dough for and older money. I'm sure it's a frustation I share with alot of you.

Where are you located?? If you are down on the coast around Beaver/Pacific
City I could give the the name and number of a good free-lance machanic that
used to work for Gregs up in Barview ...

Pop off the flywheel and replace the points .
