I voted for Tri Cities cause it was closest to Hermiston. Great fishing opportunities close by, duck and goose hunting, and close to the Blues for big game hunting.
Nice small quiet town. Decent weather. Don't have to put up with the jerks with beamers and benz like Bend.
But don't tell anyone.

I would have to say Portland. 50% or more of the time you can fish in your backyard. Most of the other places we can be at in a short period of time
