I started the day off with a bang!! I had a double and landed both of them. It was a good day for all aboard. We landed 5 out of 6 and kept 4 nice hatchery fish. I had one fish take all 100 yards of my Power Pro and get in to my backing, and I never thought a springer could do that. We had a great day all in all and things are only going to get hotter. All the fish were caught on cut plug herring with a twist. :grin:

Hey Talons nice fish. Looks like browns landing there. Did you get most of your fish down by coon island? or were you further up river? I was out there yesterday saw your boat down by coon island did you do any good yesterday? :dance: graemlins/applause.gif

Guys, Talons guides for a living, he'll share as much as he wants to as do most guides you talk to. To find out what his little secrets are, you may have to book a trip with him. If he gave up all the little secrets that give him success, why would anyone fish with him. He has payments too. :cheers:

Great fish Talons and thanks for the post and the pics. Something about a springer double that implants the corners of your mouth somewhere near your earlobes. Very nice work!

Hey Talons- Congrats, nice feesh. I'm your dock neighbor with the boat for sale! I been meaning to ask if you were an ifisher guide, but you were kinda busy last time I saw you. :smile:
