Hey, ya all, just had to brag - today at lunch Hosed a salmon at Meldrum Bar. It was awesome. A lady stopped by to ask about the bite and I was telling her it was slow and the one I saw caught had to be released, and Then DING-A -DINGA ding, my bell goes off. Gotta Love Oregon!!! so then I turn to all the guys on the bank and say, Well I gotta get back to work!! Damn what a 24 hours. I bowl in a league on tuesdays and last night I bowl a 184, 177 and a 202!! Oh, yeah buying a lottery ticket for sure.. :smile:

let me understand this..
a lady stops by
and your bell goes off!
Did the bell have anything to do with the fishing?
(just kidding here)

Coming back into downtown at noon today, I was crossing the Ross Island Bridge. Looked down at the river to see if anyone was there. Probably a dozen or so boats between the Hawthorne and Willamette Park. One boat right below the Ross Island Bridge appeared to be fighting a fish and about to net it.
Wish I were there and not here...... :wink:

I'm gonna hit the river at lunch or after work tomorrow, hopefully last nights rain did'nt make the river any muddier.

luckybill: you're living up to your moniker. some folks, like me, go out and pound it for hours with nothing to show. you casually drop by for lunch and nail one. tell me, how is that fair??
WTG!!!

Yeah, I know what you mean, as I was loading my stuff up all I could hear was, LUCKY!!
Whats amazing is that before I could drive away, one guy was already putting his pole holder in the spot where mine was!
