Got some pretty K 13's I'd like to give away to the winner who gets back to this post first, to post the correct answer to a Luhr Jensen question!
Whoooo hoooooo we are givin stuff away now!
Actually, the two fish Bill Hedlund caught yesterday were both on bait wrapped chartreuse and chrome K 13's!
Anyway, here's the deal:
Rules of the road,
If you have won in the last month, please give someone else a chance.
I am not responsible for these contests should I goof!
Any edited answers will be disqualified.
Alrighty then, here's the deal.
Follow me to Luhr Jensen.com! (http://www.luhrjensen.com/)
They redid their web site! It's COOL!
Plus, they have new tech tips! That's my favorite part of their site, anyhow!
Click on Tech Tips.
Let's learn how to use this feature.
There are three types of Tech Tips you can get.
What are they, and how are they used?
You may copy and paste, below.
I'll help you out. Here is the first kind:
Tech Reports are written to provide "how to" technique information about a specific family of lures or other products; for example what spinners to use in streams for trout (and how to use them), or what crankbaits to use for bass (and how to use them). Luhr Jensen & Sons publishes more than 25 such Tech Reports for the fishing public

Tech Tips...
Luhr Jensen & Sons of Hood River, Oregon, is a role model to the rest of the fishing tackle industry when it comes to providing their customers with information on their legendary line of fishing products. Through the use of printed materials called "Tech Reports", "Tech Sheets" and "Tech Bulletins" Luhr Jensen & Sons provides information on when, where, and how to use their line of fishing products.

Tech Sheets limit the "how to" information to one specific Luhr Jensen lure or product. For example, there is a Tech Sheet for the Crippled Herring, one of the most successful and versatile lures you can use. It was written by the inventor/designer of the lure, Pete Rosko. So all the information provided is backed by many years of actual use in many varied fishing situations. There are more than 15 Tech Sheets available, with more to come.
Tech Bulletins specifically address a certain body of water, be it an ocean , a lake, river or impoundment. They are Luhr Jensen's way of telling you how to get there, where you can stay, what lures in what finishes to use during which season of the year and special techniques to use to be most successful. They are written by experts, familiar to the specific area described, so the information provided is accurate and useful to anyone who wants to fish in that particular body of water. There are more than 55 Tech Bulletins available from Luhr Jensen & Sons.
Upon request, Luhr Jensen & Sons provides these tremendously informative selling tools free to the nation's consumers and retail tackle outlets.
