Please use this post to offer a vacant seat in your boat or to ask for a seat.

Anyone offering/accepting a seat must work out the details between the boat's captain and themselves.

As this event is not sponosored by IFISH or for that matter anyone, any and all arrangements are therefore personal and you assume all risks.

If being offered a seat, make sure you find out what is expected in the way of gear, bait and sharing of gas and other expenses prior to accepting offers so both parties are clear in their expectations.

Be sure to leave an active email address or phone number so contact can be made with you.

I would also appreciate that no trash talk be placed in this thread as there are plenty of other places to do that.

Thanks....Giz...

Hey Norm,

It is almost time for the reappearance of Pete King's sled on the Willie. She is massaged, spruced and ready to slice, dice and julienne any available "vegetation"... muh hahhaha.

I will talk to Dad about Saturday. If I can set it up with him as the guest/boat owner, me as the pilot and you as the guide, it may be a go.

Do you have the knowledge to lay the smack down on some carrot cake?

I been scarfing info and the boat was a known on the Willie for many years now we got Pete's spirit/karma on board so let me know.

Our boat is an 18' Alumaweld VS, 200hp tiller, 6hp kicker, huminbird, top yada yada yada.

What do you think?

Norm,

I'll start to put it together tonight.

WE REALLY NEED A RINGER!

Who could we get in the boat that knows the area and techniques and wants to hook up with us?

I would be wiling to pilot only while back trolling and we could use all four poles for kwikies.

Dick owns the boat so we will have to wait for his decision. If he doesn't want to go maybe he will loan me the boat for the day.

Everyone I see here that needs a seat is down south. I am launching in kalama and have 1 seat possibly 2. I have a 16ft smokercraft. I usually fish longview area so not real familar with st helens but have been there before. Mabe if someone wanted to meet me in town (woodland)and then go to a closer ramp that would be a option. email me if you want to go Dan

Proguide;
If you launch at BB's at the mouth of the Lewis, Sand Island is just across the River. I have crossed there many times in my driftboat with a 5 horse kicker.
